Pune District Wildlife & Snake Protectors Association – Joint Initiative

We are compiling a comprehensive statewide Contact Directory of every dedicated Snake Rescuer (Sarpmittra) and Wildlife Protector working across Maharashtra. This centralized resource will be made available to forest department officials, emergency response teams, and rescue organizations, serving as an essential reference for rapid wildlife protection and emergency rescue coordination. The directory aims to ensure that, during critical situations, verified contact details of trained rescuers are instantly accessible—enabling faster, more efficient wildlife rescue and conservation response across the state.
